Mesonie T. Halley, Jr.

Born in Southwest Louisiana and raised in Texas, Mesonie returned to the region for his undergraduate studies and has practiced law in Louisiana since 1987.

He served as law clerk to Judge Charles S. King of the Louisiana Third Circuit Court of Appeal and to Judge Earl E. Veron of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana. He spent nearly two decades as counsel for Allstate Insurance Company's Staff Counsel Office before joining Loftin Law Group as of counsel.
