Biography
Billy was born in DeRidder, Louisiana and has practiced law in Lake Charles since 1993. He began his legal career as a staff attorney for the Louisiana Third Circuit Court of Appeal before entering private practice.
His practice spans real estate, family law, insurance defense, corporate defense, and municipal work. He served as City Attorney of Lake Charles from 2000 through June 2017 and has been a licensed title insurance agent since 1996.
